Sacha Morazain

General Manager

With over 14 years of extensive Event Marketing and Business Management experience both regionally and throughout the rest of the world, Sacha has been jointly responsible for the growth and start-up of the new in-house audio/visual division of the eclipse Group, eclipse Venue Services.

Sacha joined the eclipse Group from PSAV overseeing the Madinat Jumeriah, one of the largest properties within the PSAV portfolio, as their Director of Event Technology while leading their Financial Oversight and Sales Strategy regionally.

Formerly Sacha was Managing Director of Project X Productions, a full-service event production company that specialises in creatively and strategically aligning production brands and value to client needs. During his time with Project X, he oversaw and managed all business activities, projects and sales while having complete responsibility for financial oversight and reporting, developing Project X from a local start-up to a national leadership presence within the event management marketplace.


Jonathan Taillefer

Operations Director

Coming from a strong background of over 16 years’ experience in the live events industry and winning the Middle East Leadership award with PSAV in 2014; Jonathan has held a variety of positions from Electronics Technician and Project Manager to Technical Director, and is currently the Director of Operations at eclipse Venue Services.

Through his years’ of experience, Jonathan has been responsible for implementing plans from lighting designers, crew management, equipment procurement, warehouse management, production coordination, maintaining budgets, business development and income generation.

As the Director of Operations, Jonathan oversees the technical, purchasing and operational efficiencies across multiple hotels. 


Can Noack

Commercial Director

After receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management/Marketing with Les Roches in Switzerland, Can moved on to work for some of the biggest names in the field such as Hilton, Radisson Blu, Raffles and Conrad; working in various roles has given him a better understanding of this demanding and diverse industry.

With over 15 years’ experience, both in Europe and the UAE, Can has joined eclipse Venue Services as Commercial Director, where his primary focus is to grow and maintain the company's presence within all of the venue services' partner hotels.


Nicholas St. Hilaire

Director of Special Projects

Nicholas St. Hilaire has over 15 years’ experience in various aspects of the hospitality and events industries including sales, audio-visual management, creative services, and marketing with a diverse portfolio of renowned establishments such as The Starwood Group, Fairmont Hotel & Resorts, and Intercontinental Hotels Group. Working across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Nick has been exposed to ever-evolving trends within the industry, allowing him better delivery of future technology insights and creative multimedia opportunities for the needs of today's dynamic market. His creative involvement and passion for emerging technology in media and culture have allowed him to create seamlessly innovative interactive experiences for clients.

Now with eclipse Venue Services, Nicholas is responsible for the technical project direction, and the complete execution of projects, both operationally and commercially, while working closely with the Group HSE Manager to ensure that all HSE guidelines are met at the property’s level.


Bryan Kelly

Property Director at Starwood Habtoor City

Bryan started in the industry at an early age changing Par Can lamps and fitting gels in theatre for three time Eurovision Lighting Designer, Joe Canavan. He then went on to operate and programme consoles for productions in Dublin Theatres before gaining his degree in Production Management which covered stage management, business and finance management, lighting and audio design.

Bryan’s roles have varied through the years incorporating project management, sales management and technical sales management with some of the industry’s leading brands such as Robe Lighting and the award-winning video specialists, Green Hippo.  

Over his 18 years’ experience in the live events industry, Bryan has been a part of many projects including West End productions, World Tours, Blue Chip corporate events, worldwide permanent lighting installations and sporting events. 

During his time in the UAE, Bryan has managed numerous touring artists incoming concerts including David Guetta, DJ Snake and Robin Schulz along with designing both lighting and stage for the Sound Collective Dubai festival held at Barasti Beach. Now, working with eclipse Venue Services as Property Director for the Starwood Habtoor City Complex, Bryan is responsible for running the day to day business and team within the complex whilst maintaining the partnership by ensuring complete client satisfaction. 


Danilo Zuccaro

Property Director at JW Marriott Marquis

Danilo began his career in the events industry in 2005 shortly after graduating from college. Upon receiving his Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, he went on tour with an Italian pop rock band serving as their Audio Technician. This tour created the opportunity for Danilo to join the thriving events industry in Italy during which he also worked for other Italian artists and music festivals as Sound Engineer and Stage Manager, assuring smooth operations throughout the live music events.

In 2010, he moved to the UK and started working for international artists and festivals, upscale fashion shows and corporate events until 2014 when he relocated to the UAE as a freelancer and joined eclipse Venue Services in October 2015.

In his current capacity as the Property Director for JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Danilo is responsible for the overall running and general management of the property while sustaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients at the venue.
